A perfectly preserved medieval castle, five miles to east of terminal, beside Port Glasgow. Operated by Historic Scotland. There is an entry charge.
The Watt Institution is open to the public from Wednesdays to Saturdays from 10.00am until 4.00pm.
Housed in old fire station beneath the Municipal Buildings. Features interesting exhibits and old fire fighting appliances. Open most cruise call days: ask at desk in Terminal.
